Returns

Items provided by the website: western-cowboy.com are brand new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those found in traditional retail.

Should an item be defective or not as described, the buyer has 15 business days from the receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the 15-day period naturally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

In such a scenario, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to john@western-cowboy.com, including a description and attached photos.

For returns, customers must send back the items in their original, unused condition, complete with their original packaging, intact, along with any potential accessories, user manuals, and documentation (in its original shrink-wrapped packaging) to our premises in Miami, Florida, USA.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In the case of a refund, we guarantee that it will be processed in 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
